OUR TEACHERS AT THE BIG DANCE COMPANY

We have a very strong and passionate team of teachers here at the big dance company offering many different disciplines and strong upbeat classes.

Fiona Richardson
I have been teaching for many years (i wont give away my age!!) I am an associate member with the UKA in hip hop and freestyle and teach, hip hop, lyrical, freestyle, commercial and team choreography.
I am very passionate about my school and always aim for the stars to give our students amazing life experiences and performance experience as well as giving them a fun safe environment to meet new friends, keep fit and be part of something.
I aim to make my classes, fun, energised and challenging yet achievable for all ages and abilities. I hope to see you here at the BDC family soon.

Kyle Richardson

My son Kyle is 21 years old now a member of Flava and just returned from the Take That progress tour 2011, and i am very proud to have him on my team of teachers here at the big dance company. Kyle has a passion for breakdancing and after I taught Kyle the foundations he studied hard where and when he could to become the great breakdancer he is today, which is a great lesson in itself. He has worked hard to get where he is today as an individual and with his group Flava, and this he passes on to his students. He is a fantastic, positive role model for young people and inspires me everyday!! He is a passionate and inspiring performer and teacher, delivering workshops to 1000;s of children monthly all over the country and we are lucky enough to have him here with us on a Monday and a Tuesday. Kyle teaches Breakdance on Tuesdays in Penzance and street dance and hip hop team PURE on Mondays in St Columb Major.

Tiffanie Linzell

Tiffanie is one of our newest teachers, very passionate and a valued member of the BDC Family!!
Tiffanie used to run her own dance company so knows the sweat and hard work that needs to go into the students to help them achieve, Tiffanie teaches our team Sweet dreams that recently made the finals of the world hip hop championships. We are very excited to have Tiffanie on board.

Sophie Walke
Sophie is our student teacher who teaches our new lyrical dancers, she is very inspiring and passionate about dance and this is reflected in her classes, many of the dancers look up to sophie with great respect for how hard she has worked to get to the standard she is at now. We are so lucky to have sophie on board with us at BDC
