Fiona Richardson

Fiona has been involved in many exciting choreography projects over the past 15 years, working with fashion shows, bands, stage shows and festivals.

Fiona gets her inspiration from everyday people and real life situations. She loves working with themes from movies and theatre. “I love creating choreography with children as they are so open minded and bring so much energy and excitement into a performance, I have such a huge passion for music and I love getting inside a song and being able to interpret it in my own crazy way.”

Fiona’s dance troupes have won many regional and national titles including pink her freestyle team who won the west coast of England Championships 2007, Sweet Flava 2nd place at the world hip hop championships in August 2007 and won this years Cornwall’s Got Talent. Flava 3rd at the UK hip hop championships in London and were invited to represent the UK at the world Hip hop championships in Bremen Germany in 2007.

Fiona’s dance troupe also represented the UK at the awards of excellence in Los Angeles 2007, and was awarded the highest nomination of Excellence for her choreography at the long beach theatre Los Angeles. After Fiona’s team was rocketed to stardom from the TV show Britain's Got Talent with Simon Cowell saying “ the choreography is something like you would see in America”.

Fiona has now been swarmed with offers from Film and video companies to choreograph work for them, including the new highly acclaimed Phats and Small track “Cant stop” soon to be released on Ministry of Sound, their last single went to number one and is still one of the biggest anthems played on radio and clubs all around the world. Fiona hopes this work will help set up opportunities for the amazing talent that is here in the west country.
